We are thrilled to work with the photographer Dunja Opalko on a collection of special edition prints for Once, called On Reconnection. The collection is a series of landscape images captured by the artist whilst visiting family in the Alps. The images evoke feelings of connecting with nature, with family, with ourselves and with childhood memories.
Born in Hamburg and based in London for 14 years, Dunja’s photographic practice spans portrait , interior and band narrative photography, emphasising mood and authenticity. Her work has been featured in publications and clients such as Monocle,Hauser and Wirth, LSA, Conde Nast Traveller, and Telegraph Luxury, she has won the Portrait of Britain award by the British Journal of Photography with an image of her personal project Creative Mothers earlier this year.
On Reconnection is a series of 7 photographs, printed on A3 paper with the size of the image just smaller than A4. We have 3 editions of each, printed exclusively at Once and subject to availability. Larger sizes of the photographs can be arranged on request.
